For the North Adams, MA edition, participants will gather in the MASS MoCA parking lot beginning at 5:15pm for distribution of a limited number of boomboxes and cassette tapes, as well as technical assistance as necessary. At 5:30pm, Phil Kline will lead the group chorus of boomboxes and other devices on a 40 minute walk, ending at MCLA Gallery 51 for the opening of the 99cent show.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own boomboxes or other sound-making devices (the louder the better!) and to prepare a cassette tape, CD, or download the mp3 or Unsilent Night app before arriving. Tracks can be downloaded or streamed at http://www.unsilentnight.com/download.
